COTTONWOOD -- During the March 14 monthly meeting of the Verde Valley Company, Arizona Rangers, Captain Gary Jordan presented an appreciation plaque to Sgt. Monica Kuhlt of the Cottonwood Police Department who heads up the local Shop With a Cop program, according to Craig Libby, Public Information Officer for the Arizona Rangers company.
