VERDE VALLEY - Fire Chief Terry Keller of the Camp Verde and Montezuma-Rimrock fire districts addressed the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors June 15 to explain the need to combine the two into the newly-formed Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Copper Canyon Fire and Medical Authority as of July 1.
