New guidelines boost locally grown food in restaurants, commercial kitchens

Farm fresh fruits, vegetables and tree nuts will now be able to be used in local restaurants and commercial kitchens that follow new guidelines created through a state and county leaders focused on promoting better nutrition that also abide by proper health and safety protocols.
