Change means council seats could be decided in primary election

Town of Chino Valley Clerk Jami Lewis told the Town Council at its Jan. 12 meeting that a recent change mandated by the state makes it more likely that all seven council seats up for reelection this year could be filled during the primary election and that none of them will need to be decided during the general election in November.
