Cottonwood man among those arrested in armed occupation of National Wildlife Refuge

In a separate event in Burns, Oregon, at approximately 5:50 p.m., Oregon State Police arrested Joseph Donald O'Shaughnessy, age 45, Cottonwood, Arizona.
