PRESCOTT - On Aug. 10, former Clerk of the Board of Yavapai County Supervisors Ana Wayman-Trujillo filed a civil lawsuit against the County and the Board, in U.S. District Court, claiming she had been retaliated against by members of the Board for exercising her First Amendment rights.
