VERDE VALLEY - With 100 percent of the ballots counted as of 8 p.m. Aug. 30, former Cottonwood Council member Randy Garrison will become the new District 3 County Supervisor, defeating former Cottonwood Mayor Diane Joens by gaining 61.40 percent of the vote versus Joens' 38.43 percent.
