PHOENIX -- The state transportation board will hold a special meeting and study session Tuesday in Phoenix. One of the action items before the board would increase the design budget for the 4-laning of SR 260. The proposed $423,000 hike for engineering support will increase the design budget from $4.949 million to$5.372 million dollars.
